We are very excited to be launching Phase 2 of Quigley Farm this summer starting in July! The Quigley Community is very eager for this offering of 21 new residential City of Hailey lots, that include single-family and duplex lots. The demand was strong for Phase 1 which has been completely sold out. There are now 11 new beautiful residential homes built with many full-time residents occupying them.

The Sage School is thriving with enthusiastic students attending and a gorgeous new inspiring campus located within Quigley Farm. The BCRD is proud to call Quigley Farm home to some of the valley’s best mountain biking, hiking and Nordic ski trails. The parking lot has been expanded and numerous events have been hosted within the neighborhood. The roads in Phase 1 have been paved, the sidewalks are being completed and landscaping is happening within the subdivision. We are looking forward to taking reservations on the upcoming Phase 2 City of Hailey lots. Quigley Farm is on its way to being a vibrant, wellness-infused community with core values and exceptional recreation opportunities for everyone.
